QUALITY POLICY
It is the absolute policy of Dixon Scaffolding (Transmission) Limited, incorporating Dixon Security, to provide a service/product that fully and consistently meets the agreed requirements of our customers and to ensure that the service provided fully complies with statutory requirements and that the service/product is fit for purpose.
Our organisational goal is to increase our customer base by providing a QUALITY SERVICE to our customers by applying the Quality Management System BS EN ISO 9001 (2008) to its service/product.
To Demonstrate to both customers and staff the company's commitment to quality. It is our policy to maintain registration as a company of assessed quality capability under the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 (2008).
Our quality policy is implemented through the operation of the Quality Management System. This system is mandatory for all company personnel. Audits are carried out at scheduled intervals to ensure compliance. No alterations or deviations are permitted.
The only way to achieve and maintain this policy is for every employee, in whatever capacity, to perform his or her work to the highest standard at all times.
Our aim must be to GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME AND STRIVE FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS.
